Springboard Careers, Inc. maintains an opt-in email distribution list of job seekers. We send a weekly email newsletter on Wednesdays that contains all of our job opportunities. Or you can take advantage of our Dedicated Email which offers more email options.

We’re proud of our weekly email open rate which ranges between 44% and 50%, outpacing the norm of 8-10% in the professional services industry. Our subscription list grows at about 10% per month, with an extremely low opt-out rate. We also disseminate our email campaigns through our social media outlets, extending our reach to approximately 2,500-2,700 people.

This option is for organizations with one or two hiring opportunities. Send us your job description and the application instructions, and we’ll send them to our subscribers via two consecutive weekly email newsletters. Our Hire Calling Newsletters are emailed on Wednesday mornings. We will also disseminate the newsletter through LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram. Your job post will be active on our job board for 30 days after your final email is sent.

This is a great option for companies looking to email their job post over a longer period of time. Send us your job description and the application instructions, and we will send your custom email up to 4 different times – whenever you prefer. We will also guide you on the optimal email days and times based on historical email analytics. This custom package includes the addition of your logo to assist in spreading brand awareness and will not contain additional job posts or advertisements from other companies. Your job post will be active on our job board for 30 days after your final email is sent.
